Threadless Labret Post - 3mm Base

Build your perfect setup—even when space is tight.

Crafted from ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium, this threadless labret post features a compact 3mm flat base designed for piercings where a standard backing may feel bulky. Its smaller footprint makes it ideal for crowded or closely spaced jewellery arrangements while retaining a smooth, comfortable flat-back finish.
